Refund policy
1. Disposables and Pods
- Warranty: Disposables and pods do not come with any warranty or guarantee.
- Returns: No refunds or returns are accepted for these products.
2. E-Cigarettes (E-Cig Devices) and Vaporizers
- Warranty: E-cigarettes and vaporizers come with a manufacturer warranty only. Please save your receipt, box, and accessories to claim the warranty.
- Warranty Conditions: Physical damage to the device will affect the warranty.
3. Refunds and Returns
- Online Purchases: Items purchased online must be returned in their original packaging. If the seal or package is broken, no refund or return will be accepted.
- Incorrect Shipping Details: No refunds will be issued if incorrect shipping details are provided by the customer.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to returned products.
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
- Return Condition: The store must receive the item unopened for the refund process to begin. Refunds may take a couple of billing cycles to reflect on your statement.
- Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products through mail.
