1. Disposables and Pods
- Warranty: Disposables and pods are not covered by any warranty or guarantee.
- Returns: Refunds or returns are not accepted for these products.
2. E-cigarettes (Devices) and Vaporizers
- Warranty Coverage: E-cigarettes and vaporizers are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Please retain the original receipt, box, and accessories to claim the warranty.
- Warranty Conditions: Devices with physical damage are not eligible for warranty claims.
3. Refunds and Returns
Online Purchases
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. If the seal or packaging is broken, the return or refund will not be accepted.
Incorrect Shipping Details
- Refunds will not be provided if the customer supplies incorrect shipping information.
Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned products.
Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for all outbound and inbound shipping charges when returning products.
Return Conditions
- The store must receive the returned item unopened to initiate the refund process. Refunds may take several billing cycles to appear on your statement.
